Financial Statements

Stockholders, creditors, and private investors often need assurance that financial statements accurately represent the true financial position of a company.

Sometimes Reviews or Audits from an independent CPA are required.  I am most effective when I am involved in your business to an extent that precludes independence. Therefore I do not provide Reviews or Audits. 

If an Audit or Review is required I will provide assistance in engaging an independant CPA, ensure you pay competitive fees for the engagement, and that it is completed in a timely fashion. If independence is not required, I can prepare a Compilation based on generally accepted accounting principles or an other comprehensive basis of accounting.

In compiling financial statements for a you, Paladin Accountancy summarizes in financial statement format financial data that is the "representation of management" and expresses no opinion or assurance on the statements. Compilations do not require inquiries of management or analytical procedures. Instead, I rely on my knowledge of accounting principles and a general understanding of your business.
